Main changes in PIBWL 1.5 /SP-1 improvement pack, comparing to earlier releases:


- added "fake" second barrel to most mortars to represent a high rate of mortar fire (apart from the cases of ammo shortages, like partisans).

- added front ARMOR=1 to the guns, which had armour shields. This prevents guns from loosing the crew so quickly under rifle fire.

- in most cases, as the date of appearance, we set the date of the first combat use, not delivery to units, as in previous releases.

- removed rear machine guns from most tanks and armoured cars (and one 45mm gun from T-35), because it was impossible or unlikely to shoot all such weapons at once.
 In some cases I left them, however - when they were the only MG available (like armoured cars: French White-laffly,  Polish wz.29 Ursus).

- removed Boys ATR from Bren Carriers (now called: Univ(ersal) Carriers). Only few vehicles were carrying Boys - commanders of recce platoons.
 In some cases we created separate units of Boys-armed carriers.

- some planes made smaller, with accordance to the others (eg. P-47, which was only a little bit bigger, than Hurricane)

- major corrections to the Dutch and Norwegian, corrections also to the  Hungarian and Romanian infantry.

- further minor corrections and improvements.
